Jealousy in Scrapbooking

No matter how good we’ve got it, we can always be jealous of other scrappers. Right? OK, maybe it’s actually wrong, but it happens. I wrote about my personal scrapspace in the article, “How I Organize All That Stuff”. I am lucky. I have a room devoted to my scrapbooking. It also doubles as the office, and a place for my kids to make messes while I scrap. But, nevertheless, others might be jealous of what I have. I no longer have to store my scrap stuff under my bed, taking 30 minutes just to get it all out and organized before I even start, but we can always dream bigger right?

I have a room that I have to confess I have been drooling over for a while now. I stumbled across this room one day when looking at scrapbooking blogs, and I have never gotten it out of my mind. It puts my little space to shame. As scrapper’s we should all have a dream right? This is my dream. Isn’t it beautiful?

Let’s analyze what makes this room so beautiful just so we can torture ourselves.

*The color, and personal touches. I love the colored knobs on her desk, the pictures hanging on the wall, and her initial hanging there. All there to inspire her no doubt.

*She has her scraps organized by color. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I wish I had that much space.

*Under her desk she has all her alphabets organized by letter.

*Paper storage-Wow, she has 100 shelves just for her solid colored cardstock. It looks so pretty all organized like that.

*Ribbon storage-This girl must LOVE ribbon. What scrapper doesn’t? She has 3 drawers full and it is all beautifully organized.

I really could go on and on about the things I love. I could see myself scrapping in that room couldn’t you? And to have such a cool, interactive page of it too, is beyond amazing. What do you think?
