On Raising a Son Alone

It is hard enough for a single mom to raise a daughter single-handedly, but what do you do with a son. When you say something to a man and then say the same exact thing to a woman they most likely will come up with very different views on the subject and what is meant by it. Preparing your son to become a good husband and leader will not only benefit his future marriage, but will give him the wisdom to understand even the most complicated female.

Single parents, not just moms, need all the help that they can get when it comes to raising children. The absent parent is a deficit in their lives and both boys and girls need to have the male and female role images present in some aspect to grow up. They learn from being around and interacting with both genders.
