Quick and Thick Clam Chowder

10 3/4-ounce can cream of cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
10 3/4-ounce can cream of celery soup, undiluted
10 3/4-ounce can cream of onion soup, undiluted
3 1/4 cups half-and-half
13 ounces claims, drained and chopped

In a saucepan, mix everything except the clams. Heat through and then add the clams, heating through.
