Is it raining in your world today? It seems as if the rain has increased, rather than let up. Isn’t the old saying “April Showers, Bring May Flowers.”? Take advantage of the continuing rain and spend some time scrapbooking and playing around with your supplies. Perhaps you could even spend some time organizing your stash, going through your albums, or even set up a fun portrait session with your kids. Today, Saturday May 3, 2008 is National Scrapbooking Day. NSD as it is affectionately referred to was first created by the International Scrapbooking Association, although many are confused and believe it started back in 1994 by Creative Memories (It did not).
Recently I had the privilege of visiting with a friend and checking out her phenomenal scrapbook room. When I asked here where she got the ideas, how she found certain organizational and storage methods and how it all came together, you might be really surprised.

Spring is a time of renewal, new beginnings, new growth and beauty and even fresh starts. The Scrapbooking Blog is interested in new ways to get the word out about the new products and fabulous finds we constantly locate.
Scrapbooking has grown so much in the past five years, let alone the past ten years. As new products are introduced daily, and scrapbooker’s find new ways to use products and do different techniques, there is no end is sight to the endless possibilities available to the creative person.
