With all the great trends in scrapbooking and fun products and supplies, this week I was focusing a bit more on that. I love scrapbooking related clothing, jewelry and gifts, not to mention I am on a major organization kick, so you can see where all this has come from. With the change in the season, and the fall months upon us, I decided I would love to change purses to something that shows off who I am. I am a mom and a scrapbooker, first and foremost.
Always on the lookout, especially at holiday time, I have been researching and contacting various stores to find out what some of the latest and greatest scrapbooking related gifts are. Of course there are the handmade gifts that we make with our supplies, but I am not here to talk about them.
A couple of days ago, I was chatting with a lady, Maylei, on one of my scrapbooking message boards, and was startled when she asked “Why create a theme album, anyway?”. I started thinking about how I was going to answer her, and then realized that there is not a proper answer.

Recently I came across an interesting article which was talking about Benjamin Franklin. I am usually one of those gals that seriously does not enjoy most historical information. I am just not a history buff, and I prefer the literary world much more.
Organization is so important to me in my everyday life as well as in my hobbies and interests. So of course, when it comes down to scrapbooking, in order for me to work well and be as creative as I can, I must get organized and stay organized.
