Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
A family weeknight favorite.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups chopped onions
6 cloves garlic, minced or garlic powder
1 cup chopped parsley
110 oz stewed tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste
1 1/2 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tbs dried basil
1 tbs salt
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb ground beef
DIRECTIONS:
1. In 5 qt dutch oven cook ground beef with onion until browned. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.

Cook: 60 minutes
