Now that we’re firmly into spring, it’s time for the latest round of special offers at the Disney parks. Today I’ll focus on the two domestic parks.
To change it up a little bit, I’ll lead with the Disneyland deals. Like usual, there are discounted rates for Disneyland resort hotels available if tickets are booked by a certain date. This time, if you make a reservation for a Disneyland stay by May 28, you’ll enjoy a cheaper stay at any one of the three Disneyland resort hotels: the Paradise Pier, Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, or the Disneyland Hotel.
Prices differ based on the exact hotel and for when the vacation is being booked. Stay at the Paradise Pier for $213-$268/night, the Grand Californian for $285-$383/night, or the Disneyland Hotel for $228-$280/night.
The dates available for these particular prices fall from April 17 to June 18. The Disneyland Special Offers website has a calendar chart indicating which dates correspond to which prices, so if you’re planning an Anaheim trip for this spring check it out.
Similar park hopper deals are available from what I mentioned last time. There is also a special deal currently on offer for Disneyland Annual Passholders, but it wouldn’t let me see what the deal was; details are only available to current passholders after they sign in to the website.
Instead, let’s head over to Orlando to see what savings we can find at Disney World. The popular “book early, save money” deal is already looking forward to the summer; those who make reservations by April 30 can save up to 30% on hotel costs between April 22 and May 28, and those who book by May 28 can save for dates between May 29 and August 13.
Disney’s remaining mum about what, exactly, these discount rates are. If you’re planning a spring or summer Disney World vacation, however, you can just go to the Disney World Special Offer website and input the dates you’re considering, and then you’ll receive the pricing details.
Now that the weather’s warmer (not that it’s often too cold in Orlando compared to most of the country), Disney World’s rolling out all sorts of deals for those who like to spend time outdoors, especially those for whom golf is the game of choice. Disney World currently has four special offers for golfers, and one for those who like to fish.
Any golfers lucky enough to visit Disney World at the end of the month, between April 22 and April 25, can play all day on any of four different courses for only $59. The offer applies to Disney’s Osprey Ridge, Magnolia, Palm, and Lake Buena Vista courses.
Another golf deal that isn’t restricted to specific dates sees guests at any Disney World resort hotels receiving free club rentals. This is a great deal for casual golfers who don’t have their own set and just want to try out the game. The deal only applies if a resort guest purchases a non-discounted round of golf at any of the four aforementioned courses.
