St. Patrick’s Day Fun for the Entire Family

Moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas, kids, and second cousins once removed, can all get in on St. Patrick’s Day fun with the following simple ideas.

The first is an easy craft project that will ensure that no one in the family will get pinched for not wearing green. Meanwhile, the second suggestion is a great way to encourage reluctant participants to get into the holiday spirit. After all, no one can resist chocolate, so why not gather the clan to whip up some tasty St. Patrick’s Day Peppermint Pattie Pudding?

GREEN AND GOLD ST. PATRICK’S DAY PIN

Materials (for one pin):

2-inch wooden circle

1 black pipe cleaner

1 gold pipe cleaner

5 medium gold glitter pom poms

8 green sequins

Green paint

Paintbrush

White craft glue

Pin back

Directions:

Paint the wooden circle green.

Cut both the black and gold pipe cleaners in half.

Twist together the black and gold pipe cleaners to form the pot handle.

Glue the ends of the pipe cleaners to the back of the wooden circle.

Glue the pom poms to the top portion of the green circle so that they hide the top of the circle.

Glue the green sequins under the gold pom poms for the pot band.

Glue the pin back to the back of the wooden circle.
