Stromboli

Stromboli
A quick and easy dinner the kids will love! You can purchase bread dough at bakeries.

INGREDIENTS:
1 large egg
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp parsley
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
24 slices pepperoni
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ball bread dough

DIRECTIONS:
1. Separate egg. Mix garlic oregano, and parsley into yolk of egg.
2. Roll out dough till it is about 1/8 of an inch thick.
3. Brush mixture over dough. Arrange pepperoni and cooked sausage on dough. Slice mushrooms and add to dough.
4. Sprinkle entire bag of cheese over meat. Starting on one side, begin rolling dough into a log form.
5. Leaving the ends open. Brush egg whites over the entire top half of stromboli.
6. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and slice.

Cook: 20 minutes
