Sweet Potato Biscuits
Excellent Thanksgiving roll to serve with all the other fixings!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup flour
1 cup sweet potatos, cooked and mashed
1 pinch Salt
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbs sugar
1/4 cup shortening
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add shorting and potato; mix thoroughly.
2. Knead dough, then cut with biscuit cutter. Bake 12-15 minutes on baking sheet.

Cook: 12 minutes
