Tan Mom vs. Snooki

left

Only in America…

Forget the showdown featuring working versus stay-at-home moms; that’s so 2008. The latest battle on the mommy war front pits Tan Mom in one corner and reality TV mom-to-be Snooki in the other.

It’s a fake bake smackdown… and it’s giving motherhood a bad name.

And by motherhood I mean humanity.

For those of you too busy raising your own kids to keep track of the war of words brewing between these two immature anti-role models, allow me to get you up to speed:

Patricia “Tan Mom” Krentcil is the 44-year-old New Jersey mom, who recently made international headlines, by allegedly taking her 6-year-old daughter with her to a tanning salon and exposing the little girl to ultraviolet rays which allegedly burned her.

Meanwhile, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is the 24-year-old tan obsessed star of MTV’s “Jersey Shore.” Earlier this year she revealed that she is about to be a mom to her own mini meatball.

Anywhoo, when Tan Mom’s story broke, the TV show “Extra” made a beeline to Snooki and asked her to share her take on the tanorexic mother’s decision to allegedly give her daughter a little color.

Polizzi’s response: “That b**** is crazy…you are not supposed to take kids there. Everyone knows you are NOT supposed to take kids there.”

Well, it seems those are fighting words in chocolate-dipped mom’s world.

Krentcil fired back at Snooki via TMZ with this heated retort: “[She’s] the biggest a-hole in the world. She’s fake, she’s fat, her [breasts] are fake — she’s disgusting! When this is all said and done, I’d like to meet up with ‘Snoopy.'”

Oh. Yes. She. Did.

Tan Mom actually dragged an innocent white animated dog into her mommy war.

Snooki. Snoopy.

Apparently, all’s fair when you’re defending your right to bronze.

Krentcil went on to tell TMZ that she is a “great mom” who would never harm her daughter, and that she is “the victim of a witch hunt.”

What do you make of pot and kettle calling each other black?
