Tangy Pork Sandwich
When the kids want sandwiches for dinner and you want something a bit more interesting.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb boneless pork, cooked and cubed
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs white sugar
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
4 count hamburger buns
DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except for pork, and bring to boil. Stir frequently.
3. Add cooked and cubed pork and simmer until pork is hot.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
