We are learning about The Angel Company, and how it could be the home-based scrapbooking/crafting business for you. Yesterday we discussed the cost of the kit, a little background on the company as well as many of the products they carry.
Here is the rest of the interview:
Nicole: What does the start up kit include?
Kathy: It includes tons of great stuff. Amongst tons of demonstration stuff for your parties and demo’s it includes order forms, brochures and a lot of business building items like manuals, a training DVD and even a few sampler sets of stamps. But what is even cooler about it is that you can customize the kit. You get to choose which paper set you want from each collection, plus you get to choose a stamp set from each price range. It’s really fabulous!
Nicole: Are you required to carry inventory?
Kathy: Nope. No requirements on carrying inventory, except that I would recommend always having stamps to show and having a few extra stamp of the month’s is a benefit. People love getting things right here and right now. If you have a few, you have something to provide them with.
Nicole: I totally agree! Are you allowed to have a website or sell online?
Kathy: Yes we are. There are a few restrictions, but they aren’t bad. In fact, honestly I researched a lot of companies and TAC was the one with the best allowances for growth in your business. You create your own future.
Nicole: Kathy, what is YOUR personal favorite product?
Kathy: Ohhh a totally loaded question! Hmmm….I’m a scrapbooker so I absolutely love our paper lines. They are so cool. I also think our stamping system is the easiest to use anywhere. I don’t stamp as much as I should, but I do on cards and things. I love the company as a whole, so can I say that TAC is my favorite products. (she laughs)
Nicole: Actually, you can. It’s nice to hear so much enthusiasm coming from a consultant. It’s obvious you truly love the company and the products. Is there anything else you’d like to share with people considering signing with The Angel Company?
Kathy: Honestly, just do your homework. Check out companies, their incentives to both hostess and consultant and if you really like their products – that in itself is a real plus!
