The Best Places for Free Snacks

If you are looking for some midday snacks, why not first look for ones that are free? Here are the best places that you can go to snag some free snacks.

Free snacks and even free full meals are mostly found on weekends, although that is not always the case. You can find free snacks at practically any day or time. Stores and other places often offer free snacks for a number of reasons: the first is to keep you in the store shopping, which you are more likely to do if you aren’t starving, and the second is that you are more likely to buy a product if it is first offered to you as a sample.

Trader Joes

Every day of the week you’ll find free coffee samples, both regular and decaf as well as a hot or cold food sample.

IKEA

Look out for special kids eat free days. There is usually no limit on the number of kids meals you can get (as long as you have the same number of kids with you), and no adult meal purchase is usually necessary.

BJs, Sam’s Club, Costco

Warehouse stores are widely known for their variety of samples offered throughout there stores. You’ll find the most selection on weekend, and I have heard of people “going to lunch” at some of these warehouse stores, filling up on all of the samples offered in a given day.

Mall

Head over to the fast food court. You’ll often find plenty of samples to be had, from chinese food offered on a tray to anyone who wants to sample, to ice cream and frozen yogurt samples free for the asking.

Fresh Market

Fresh market usually offers two or three different coffee samples on any given day plus a ton of fresh food samples on the weekends.

Do you know any other place that should be added to this list? Please reply in the comments section.
