The Hankie Dress from Modest Goddess

Have you heard of Modest Goddess? Modest Goddess is an Etsy shop run by a very creative woman named Melissa. The clothing runs from baby sizes to toddler sizes and above. When I shop for clothing for my little ones I am looking for something which portrays their femininity, innocence, and sweetness. Where else would I think to look but a store called Modest Goddess? Sweet handmade creations which have a vintage yet bright and sunny feel are what you will find. I love handmade dresses and clothing for the unique style and promise of high quality. I was not disappointed with my little girl’s dress.

My daughter has a unique, feminine, and sweet dress called the Hankie Apron Dress. I love the custom design and old world feel. The dress is basic in design but brings beauty with a delicate hankie sewn on the dress to appear as an apron. The dress adorned with fabric complimentary to the hankie trimmed on the seam of the skirt. It ties around the back into a soft delicate bow. Just adorable and perfect for spring and summer. The dress is unlike anything I have seen in the stores and while I would love for my toddler to be the only one in town sporting this dress I could not wait to tell you all about it. Instead of toddlers dressing like teens they can dress like sweet toddlers again. Instead of hard lines and harsh colors and material your child can wear a soft feminine dress that flows. Being in the business of sharing modest thought and proper etiquette I especially appreciate the modest and feminine inventory Modest Goddess has to offer.

I have saved the best for last. Melissa will allow you to design your own Hankie Apron Dress! You can pick from a variety of fabrics and hankies or send her your own hankie. What a beautiful way to use heirloom hankies that you simply keep hidden in a drawer? Just visit Modest Goddess for more details and have fun designing!
