The Pets Blog Week in Review for Mar 26-Apr 1

Busy week? Afraid you might have missed something in the Pets Blog last week? Here’s your chance to catch up on what Aimee and myself wrote about.

Monday, March 26

Monday was our Sunday. We took it off as a much needed day of rest.

Tuesday, March 27

Mystery author Evelyn David graciously sat down for an interview about writing, Whiskey, and murder.

Wednesday, March 28

For anyone following the trials of Tabby, you’ll be happy to know she received a clean bill of health (finally!).

Thursday, March 29

Combining stories in the news with the theme of mystery for the week, posted for your reading pleasure was: The Case of Knut, the Baby Polar Bear, and the Animal Rights Activist and The Case of the Menu Foods Pet Food Recall. I stumbled across the Borders Pet Project at the last minute, but passed it along in case anyone else might have time to submit tales of their rescued pets for consideration.

Friday, March 30

Tabby’s treatment towards Mr. Meow and how I’m going to break it had me wondering what to do about Tabby.

Saturday, March 31

Aimee’s planning a coast-to-coast move with Lally and Moose so the great large dog apartment search is on. The mystery continues to unfold in the Menu Foods Pet Recall: New Clues, More Questions. The relationship (or lack thereof) between Tabby and Mr. Meow had me looking for training techniques. I found one, but what is positive reinforcement? I’m learning as I go…

Sunday, April 1

Aimee’s also learning as she goes, as her upcoming move has sparked dilemmas in her quest to find a place for her and her large dogs to live. However, she’s picked up some keen tips for apartment hunting with pets that she’s passed along for the rest of us to benefit from. I couldn’t resist the temptation to get in on the April Fool’s Day fun with Tabby Had to Go!
