Paper Towels
*When planting, use paper towels to line the bottom of your pot. It helps keep the soil most.
*If your book gets wet, place a paper towel between every wet page, close and place something heavy on the book. Let it set over night. This will keep the pages from wrinkling as they dry.
*Spray paper towels with your favorite perfume and place in your drawers or closet to keep things smelling nice.
*Crayon marks on chalkboard – place a paper towel over the marks and press with a warm iron. The marks will come off on the paper towel.
*Candle wax on furniture or carpet – Use the same method as above.
*Homemade baby wipes- Wisk together 1C boiling water, 1 T. Baby Bath & 1 T. Baby Oil. Tear sheets off paper towels and fold in half and stack in container (empty baby wipes container.) Pour water liquid over stack of paper towels and let sit until the liquid has absorbed all the way through.
*Disinfectant Wipes – Mix 1/2 C Pine Sol and 2 C Water, pour over folded sheets of paper towels and let absorb all the way through.
Hair Spray
*Preserve your children’s sidewalk chalk art. Spray hair spray over their work to prevent smudging and help last longer.
*Thread a needle: Spray hair spray on the end of the thread and allow dry.
*Static Cling – Spray on clothes to get rid of the static electricity
*Hair Glitter – Pour desired amount of very fine glitter into a bottle of hair spray. Shake well before using.
*Spray inexpensive plastic fruit with hairspray and roll in glitter.
