Tuesday Tips: Making Fitness Easier

Getting in shape and living a fit lifestyle means incorporating exercise into your daily routine. The simple fact is, our modern conveniences have made exercising something we need to increase because we don’t get enough of it naturally.

While everyone prefers something different, our modern conveniences have given us additional options on how we can meet our fitness and exercise needs. Here are a few tips for today, especially for those of you who are interested in Internet download fitness options, but you want to check them out before investing your dollars and good sense.

Some free fitness download sites include:

  • www.WorkoutwithKathy.com – this is the website of Kathy Kaehler who trains Julia Roberts and Cindy Crawford
  • www.WorkoutwithGunnar.com – this is the website of Gunnar Peterson, the trainer who works with Jennifer Affleck(formerly Garner)of Alias fame
  • www.webfitnetwork.com offers options that include free downloads of fitness tips, information shows and exercise demonstrations

The demonstrations are a great opportunity for those of you that prefer to build your own workout, but need a better idea of correct form in performing the workouts. I’ll keep my eye out for more options and look for some reviews of these three sites over the next couple of days.

What websites or fitness sites do you enjoy working out from?
