Walgreens is having a nice little deal that is just in time for the holidays. They are offering you a free 8×10 photo and free in-store pick up. This is a deal that has got to be a no brainer. After all, who couldn’t use a free 8×10 photo, right? And you don’t have to worry about shipping costs or having it delivered in time. Because of the in store pick up, you can even have your gift recipient pick it up at their own Walgreens across the country.

There are also several other deals going on with photos, such as a complete 12-month calendar that you personalize yourself for only $14.99. This deal goes until November 19th. I have to confess that I have already started a calendar on another website, because I thought family calendars would make great gifts for the grandparents. They could see their grandchild grow in the photos and have different photos for each month. These calendars also have a feature in which you can add photos to dates, so you could display a photo of a child on his or her birthday, for example.
But that other website charged $30 per calendar, and it had to be shipped. I think this is a much better deal at Walgreens. Fortunately, because my husband saw what I was doing on the other website and wanted to take over the project, the order still hasn’t gotten sent in. Do you think he’ll be angry if I do this Walgreen’s deal instead? Hmm, I wonder what the relatives will do with two calendars this year.
