What is the Body-for-Life Challenge?

The Body-for-Life Challenge is about personal transformation. It isn’t a contest built around competition with others. It is a contest where you compete against yourself. Who are you today? What do you weigh? How is your overall health? Are you carrying too much bodyfat? Are you happy? These are all questions you should ask yourself before accepting the challenge.

Why?
Because the people who have completed the 12-week challenge have emerged changed
people. They are healthier, happier and more energetic than they have ever been before. The real challenge is in challenging yourself to be the best YOU you can be.

Now if you add to that a few thousand dollars in cash and prizes ($50,000 in each category, to be exact), one can get pretty motivated.

Male or female, ages 18 to 118, it makes no difference who you are when you start. What matters is finishing and who you become as you work to get there.

Now isn’t it time you took your New Year’s Resolutions seriously and took a little time to better yourself in 2006? It isn’t too late to enter Round 3 of the 2006 Body-for-Life Challenge. You have until April 3 to make the decision, but what are you really waiting for?

Are you scared?
Cheryl Rasmussen weighed 200 pounds, took the challenge and now weighs a svelte 145. (At 5’8″, 145 IS svelte!) What is it about our society that makes women think that we all need to be a size 2? There is no shame in a size 8 or even a 10 but, ladies, it is time we were able to shop somewhere other than Lane Bryant!

Check out Cheryl’s story here: http://www.bodyforlife.com/success/successStories.asp?cmsId=962. When you’re done reading it, ask yourself again what exactly it is that you are waiting for.

At the risk of sounding cliche:

Do it now.
Just do it!
