Serve this with a chilled cucumber salad and some sourdough bread for a refreshing summer meal.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs extra large shrimp, peeled deveined
1 tsp paprika
1 tbs sliced fresh garlic
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tbs brown sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredient in a bag and marinate for 20 minutes in the refigerator.
2. Prepare grill to high heat and grill for 5-6 minutes turning to cook all sides.
