A year ago at 1 am I was banging the kitchen walls with an umbrella trying to get it to get out of there and then I heard a thump and he landed outside somehow. Nothing living falling asleep on the couch and hearing the scratching sounds inside the walls.

I have my name and phone number taped and posted to the refrigerator. I also have a paper from Nov 95 Parenting that is called fast responde for health and safety. This has address and directions to home and insurance informaiton, medication data and direction to the nearest hospital.

Babysitter basics and safety checklist from an old Parenting mag has a spot to fill out where the flashlights and batteries are located, where entrances and exits are and escape routes.

I keep both these forms in a plastic cover sheet hanging on a hook near the calendar. I knew someone who had an emergency once and all numbers were programmed into her cell and it went dead and she could not remember any numbers.

We have gophers and they are busy early in the morning and late at night. We have taken photos of them when they stick their head out of the ground and then I flood their hole with the hose.

They somehow get into the house through the walls and are all over the ceiling. At my parents house in NJ they would have squirrels in their walls and you would hit the wall and hear a thump. I believe gophers are rodents also.

I had floor time training months ago and then we went to clinic and now waiting for in home to start from another agency. Initially I pursued Floor Time several years ago but the assessment team said they would not utilize PECS so I chucked the idea and where we have feeding and social skills they do the floor time so finally getting it in the home starting next month for 6 hours per week.
