hi there,

My son is 3 years old and has moderate to severe autism because of his speech and social skills. Hes at this screaming/screeching stage. There are hardly any tantrums just the screaming and my husband and I are at wits end. Some days its so bad that I cant even talk on the phone to family or friends. We tried ignoring it,,,we tried some distraction with either his toys or put a movie on, but those are not enough anymore. Is there something we're missing or havent tried? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. =)
