Calming the Chaos

So all of the arrangement are finally made for the trip next week....NOTHING cheap about this one....I got my flight scheduled and my hotel booked through the Local Organizing Committee.  They put me up in a Motel6, the cheapest place they had, which is fine....

Huzzah!

On June 24th I got the best one-day-early birthday present ever (well so far)! I was called by the USA Track & Field Comittee to compete in the Olympic Trials next week.

Getting Excited

So I just sent in some job applications today.  I have that huge nervous pit in my stomach, but i'm SOOOOOOO excited at the oppurtunities that lay before me.  One app went to Palo Alto, CA and the other went to Wilmington, NC...and here I am sitting in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Talk about a life change.
