Should we adopt another?

I married the man of my dreams (for the most part) over 7 years ago.  We became greatly discouraged that we weren't pregnant within the first 6 months.  Fast forward six years. After multiple surgeries, months of hormones (not consecutively), and a really great ferility doctor we found ourselves adopting a sibling group of 4 children.
