OK, first of all, 50 does not a senior citizen make! I happen to think that Jamie Lee is uber fabulous whatever her age. And speaking of uber-fab and 50, Angela Bassett is just that and certainly deserves that star! She was good as Stella getting her groove, but the part that she played that stays with me is Tina Turner in 1993s "What's Love Got to Do With It". Spectacular performance!

Disney World for a honeymoon is great! They do cool weddings too. Heather has written some great blogs about weddings and honeymoons at Disney.

We've planned to spend each of our children's 5th birthdays at Disney World. The first one will be in 2009 and my husband and I are getting pretty excited about it. Our next one will be in 2012 and that will be tricky since our second son was born on Christmas Day. :-)

I'm with Libby. Fighting cancer is a stressful thing and chances are this kind may just kill him. What kind of monsters would deny a man a smoke in a time of great stress when he may very well be facing a cancerous firing squad?

I have to confess to a guilty pleasure. I read a particular gossip rag that I'd prefer not to mention by name. Anyway, I can't help but wonder about Brit's ex-manager who began not as a manager of anyone at all, but as a stalker. He had her on a massive cocktail of drugs. Can it be now that there is a restraining order against him and he is no longer mixing drugs into her food that she may very well be a normal-ish human being?

Granted, she's done some pretty stupid things but, call me naive, I'd like to think that someone so young could possibly manage to turn her life around. :-)
