The good ones were very good and pushed me to work out harder than I ever would alone. They also made workouts a blast. The bad ones were a major energy drain. I found I hated working out just because I couldn't stand being with them - and dumping a training partner that you work with or hang out with a lot is a real hassle. That's a real bummer of a story. I've considered buying into the Disney Vacation Club too but ultimately, it is just a time share with even more hoops to jump through. Think about it - if you had the money to hire a cook (to do the cooking & shopping), a housekeeper to make the beds, empty the diaper pails and keep the house spotless) and a personal assistant (to run all your errands), would you really need a Nanny? Personally, I'd love to have a household staff so I could spend the whole day with my kids doing fun things instead of doing the dishes, vacuuming, laundry, washing floors and countertops, dusting, doing errands like grocery shopping and then preparing meals. Nope, I'd skip the Nanny too. Parenting would be a piece of cake if a parent had a cook, housekeeper and personal assistant!
