Clearly you've not been involved with a military man... Yeah, they'll be sleeping in and taking it easy for a while. ;-)

TV Star Expresses Shock About Britney Spears Appearing on Sitcom

11 Mar 2008 03:10 PM

I love How I Met Your Mother and watch it regularly (or rather record it - I have kids). I think NPH was probably just trying to talk without saying anything that wasn't nice. (Quite a feat considering Brit's recent headlines.)

Damon's Daddy Duties About to Increase

Ah, Mat Damon...the unlikely but very believable action hero. That's great! (Did you happen to see him in the Will & Grace episode where he was a straight guy playing gay? Absolutely brilliant comedic timing!)

I paid them to say those things :-)

Seriously, I'm crazy about the folks here at Families.com and having had a hand in making some of them part of the family has been MY pleasure!

"American Idol" News: Kids Nearly Drown While Mom Watches Show and Simon the Metrosexual

25 years old with 5 kids? As a 40-year-old with only 2, I have to say that would be a lot to handle even without the distraction of a TV. Where was Dad and why doesn't Mom use a DVR? Come on people! Its just a TV show fercryinoutloud!

Patrick Swayze's Battle with Cancer

I loved Road House - classic 80's movie! Jeff Healy really rocked that house. I think To Wong Foo has to be my favorite though. When you put Wesley Snipes, Patrick Swayze and John Leguizamo in drag and send them on a road trip - well, who wouldn't want to be in the 4th seat on that land yacht?

Max and Emme...why didn't I put that together? Duh! Dragon Tales is a great little program.

Kate and Leopold (2001)

I thought Hugh Jackman was positively dreamy in this movie. I think the costumers were working with the "you skew male" line and went a bit far with it.

The Unsinkable Molly Brown (1964)

05 Mar 2008 11:25 AM

Great movie! Molly Brown was gauche, but what a woman! Here home in Denver is a museum now. Her decorating sense was significantly lacking but she had enough money that she really didn't need to care.

Beaches (1988)

This movie is awesome. Never watch it without a box of tissues though. It is bound to make you cry, cry, cry. Definitely a classic and a must see.
