Living with crohn's disease.

I am fifteen years old and I was recently diagnosed with crohn's disease. This is where my body actually attacks it's own digestive system. My father passed away 5 years ago due to a massive heart attack and that has been a big hit to my family because my mom is disabled and can't work. Along with the crohn's I have celiac disease which restricts my diet a lot.
