Let’s face it, Valentine’s Day can be an expensive holiday to celebrate. People buy more cards, candy, and flowers now than at any other time of the year. Frugal folks may want to take advantage of some coupons for Valentine’s Day. Here are some from Coupons.com and Target.
The email I received today from Coupons.com has a picture of two white heart shapes on a bright pink background. They always have a clever saying to go along with the image. This time, it says: “Let’s have a heart-to-heart. You + Us = Savings Forever”. Cute! If you use all of the coupons in this batch you will save $4.80.
JELL-O has a coupon that will save you $0.75 when you buy any 2 sugar-free JELL-O refrigerated pudding or gelatin snacks. Put some red JELL-O snacks into your child’s lunch for a Valentine’s Day treat.
Dove has a coupon that will save you $1.00 when you buy 2 Dove Chocolate bars. The coupon is for the large bars (the 3.3 ounce size).
Oreo has a coupon that will save you $1.00 when you buy any 1 package of Oreo Grab & Go Cookies. This coupon is for the 10 to 10.64 ounce sizes. This coupon can only be redeemed at Walmart. It says you can find these Oreos in the Cookie Multi-Pack Aisle. How does this relate to Valentine’s Day? I’ve no idea.
Betty Crocker has a coupon that will save you $0.50 when you buy 2 boxes of any flavor or variety of Fruit Shapes, Fruit by the Foot, Fruit Gushers, or Fruit Roll-Ups. Your child could bring a healthy Valentine’s Day treat to the school party.
Jif has a coupon that will save you $1.00 when you purchase any Jif Hazelnut Spread. Again, I’ve no idea why Coupons.com figures this is especially Valentine’s Day related.
Mott’s has a coupon that will save you $0.55 when you buy 1 4-pack of Mott’s Snack & Go Applesauce pouches. This could, potentially, be another healthy treat to send to school for the Valentine’s Day party.
The following batch of coupons come from Target, and can only be used at Target. If you use all of these coupons you will save $4.00.
Valentine’s Day cards save $1.00 when you buy 3 greeting cards.
Valentine’s Day Samplers save $1.00 when you buy a $9.99 (or higher) Russell Stover or Whitman’s Valentine’s heart box.
Godiva save $1.00 when you buy Godiva chocolate.
Lindt save $1.00 when you buy any 3 ounce (or larger) Lindt Valentine’s Day item.
