Thank you for providing this information on hearing loss. I just referenced it in a blog posting about a joint ASHA/CEA hearing loss prevention program titled "Listen to Your Buds" (http://listentoyourbuds.com/). This is an important issue with more and more children using MP3 players and in-vehicle DVD players all the time.
