I just recently turned 18 and i found out i was pregnant when i was 5 weeks. I am now 11 weeks pregnant. My boyfriend and I are very serious in our relationship so I had told him and i took the test with him. I live with my father who i am really afraid to tell so I had told my mother who is very supportive of it. The baby is due Oct. 9th and I am still in school. People look at you as if you are a complete moron and a slut just because you made a mistake. Alot of girls in school I am sure have made the mistake of simply being pregnant before and just got rid of it. Well my boyfriend is 21 and we are ready to take responsibility for our actions. I may be young but I know that I can take care of my baby and I know I can give my baby the full love and affection he/she will need. When people put teen mothers down they dont realize there are some young moms-to-be who are willing to do anything for their baby. I wish people would just support ant understand that mistakes happen to everyone and that some teens deserve the support the way any other mother would recieve support.
