Gift Card Balances to the Rescue!

I do not know about you but we run a nonprofit no kill animal shelter found at Straynomore.com on the web...and funds are tight these days. I heard the states are collecting old unwanted dollar here and dollar there gift card balances abandoned to stores. New York collected 6 million in old gift card balances and people were only interested in getting 2000 back from that so NY kept the rest.
