Last night we were talking about the distance we have been feeling. And he rocked my world when I asked him if he sees a future with me. "I don't know". Do you still want to be married to me? "I don't know". Do you love me? "Yes" These things seem at odds and I am hurt and confused and mostly scared. I see this man as my other half, my twin soul, my best friend. He once said he felt the same. Things change I guess. I just don't know when they changed or how they changed or what the hell I will do if he leaves and I lose half of myself. We never laugh anymore either. Could be connected?? How to Ask for More Sex from Your Husband14 Jun 2009 05:40 PM I used to be the one who turned him away. Now I am lucky to get a kiss goodnight. I have even woken him up with for something "special" and he told me the next day it interrupted his digestion cycle. He tells me he doesn't want any sex, just doesn't feel like it and when I try to cozy up/ cuddle up or even fondle him to get him going, we have sex and I end up feeling like I forced myself on him. He says he loves me but just doesn't want to be touched. No sense at all. I miss the kissing the most. The Art of Holding Hands14 Jun 2009 10:14 AM This is something we always did. People would comment that they saw us walking & holding hands. It was when I realized we no longer held hands in public that I realized we were having problems. We are trying to work them out, distancing in the relationship and being unconnected are a major issue. I miss the hand holding, but now that we have acknowledged our issues it just feels forced if I try to hold his hand. |
