What S has to say about her weekend and couponing

S has a weekly assignment at school to write about her weekend.  I just loved this weeks so I have to share.  She is 8 and in 3rd grade, I typed it as she wrote it:

I had a terrific weekend!  Frist, I went to the Renasan Fair.  I saw Queen Elithabeth and she looked bery nice.  I also got to go see people playing cheekrs with people!  Then, it was time to get real food so we headed out and got food.  After, we ate my mom asked WOuld we like to go to her friend's house? My sister said yes.  My dad said no.  I didn't say anything because I was almost asleep.  I did not eat most of my food. So when we got in the car I feel asleep and so did my sisiter.  While we were asleep in the car my mom went coupon shopping.  I knew because she told me in the morning.  I was upset because I like coupon shopping.  Once my mom had 2 toothpast and 15 or 20 deodrent, 4 packs of candy for Holloween, and spent 13 cents with 2 coupons.  I had a great and terrifice weekend.

oh my gosh this is absolutely adorable!! I love the you typed it exactly the way she wrote it!! My daughter is 8 and in 3rd grade too and they have to do the exact same thing every week. I love reading hers. Sometimes they make me laugh at what was important to her over the weekend. Too funny!
