Are Reborn Babies Scary and Harmful? Continued - Blog Entry

15 Aug 2008 05:19 PM

My grandmother gets a little scary with them. She collects them and has a ton. She actually has cribs, strollers, swings, bassinets, etc. from the collection as well. When she used to babysit for my oldest, we would go over there and the dolls would be in my daughters pack and play surrounded by blankets and stuffed animals haha

I'm a cheerleading coach and two days after my daughter was born, we were both at cheerleading practice! I had her on 10/30, got released on 11/1 at noon and was at practice that night at 6:30pm :-D

You wouldnt have known I was pregnant at all with my first daughter unless i actually lifted my shirt up and you could see my belly. I only gained 10lbs with her, 15 with my second

I didnt see the first show, I just saw Ryan's comments the second night. I finally saw what he was talking about this morning on a morning TV show, and boy were the newscasters cutting her up!!

I dont know whats really going on, but if the rumors are true, she really needs to lay off the prescription pills (or caffine, whichever it may be!)

Would You Donate Your Baby? - Blog Entry

I think the idea of the show is great---just not the real baby part like you said! It is a good thing that the real parents can watch 24/7 and step in, but Im sure they are doing it so their babies are on TV.

When I was in 10th grade I had to bring home a baby that was pretty life like. It had a computer chip in the back and recorded everytime the baby cried, how long it took you to react, it could record tempertaures, so it would say if the baby was to hot/cold. The neck was also just like an infants--if you didnt supprt the head it would roll back. It would record any kind of forceful reactions, like shaking or hitting. The program could give you any kind of infant--quiet or colic! You had a key attached to your wrist which you could not take off. This acted as the "bottle". You plug it into the babies back when he/she cried. This also made it so you couldnt leave the baby with anyone else--no babysitters allowed!! I took the baby home over Spring break--5 days! It was probably the toughest thing I ever did --and good thing because i THOUGHT i wanted a baby more then anything at that age!

Buying a Home with Bad Credit - Blog Entry

13 Feb 2008 01:25 PM

this was my ? as well...Dh has a credit score of 566, but has never had a credit card. He wont get approved for one either because of a non payment of a cell phone bill (Only about $200), and an energy bill (about $400) The only other things on there is a past car we just paid off and traded in, and out new car. Any other ideas on how to improve his score so we can get a good mortagage? And how about first time buyer loans?

Heath Ledger and Mary Kate Olsen More Than "Just Friends" - Blog Entry

The only other thing is this: Jack Nicolson (sp?) was quoted saying "I warned him." What was he talking about? His earlier warning about Ambien (he said he almost drove off a cliff while he was taking it), or the fact that playing the Joker in the Batman movies was such an emotional draining part to play? Maybe a little of both, or more I believe.

I saw a whole bunch of different reports about this today: I def think he OD'd (maybe accidentally) but he has been linked to other people with drugs problems, such as Lindsay Lohan, whom he was dating around Thanksgiving, and Mel Brooks.
