Natural Allergy Relief18 Apr 2010 12:08 PM Just as I was heading out into the garden to harvest the first nettle for a soup. Thank You! But, really: At 45, you should not be falling apart physically - especially since you have had a good common sense about healthy living all along. Is it that your children are growing up and you need a new playground? Or do you have what in Europe is called "spring fatigue"? Stinging Nettle08 Apr 2009 06:24 PM Aimee, Stinging nettle is my favorite herb. In Europe, it is considered the most useful medicinal herb of all!
