She is the founding director of the Christian Counseling and Resource Center. She specializes in helping couples with marital difficulties and families with parenting issues. She has taught in marriage and parenting workshops and seminars on the national level for over 30 years. She is the author and founder of the women's ministry program, Heart to Home. Dr. Kirby is also a featured author in family magazines. She is the author and producer of a daily Christian radio program that offers encouragement and advice building strong families. She is a former school guidance counselor, teacher, and principal. Dr. Kirby is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, President and Founder of the Louisiana Association of Christian Counselors and a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She and her husband have been married 32 years and have three children and one daughter-in-love. Interests and Hobbies: Love to travel-have done a lot of it. Own and enjoy two palomino quarter horses who I am learning to train. Photography is a lifetime pleasure. And I read everything.
