Step-parent Can't Discipline

kids will not respect you if you do not disclipline. I've found in many ways that by not discliplining it was much worse.

3 yr old acts diff around both parents?

When her daddy and I are both together with her @ walmart or the store, or resteraunt, she acts up really bad! Jumping on stuff, trying to run away, crys SO bad when she doesnt get what she wants...

What is your favorite Kids Network?

Our favorite is Noggin because it has a lot of the Nick Jr. shows we love without the Nick Jr commercials. We are also in an area where it goes to teen programming at 5pm.
