Breastfeeding baby takes a lot of time and when you cannot hand over the baby and bottle to someone else for a turn you may find yourself getting very tired. This is especially likely while baby needs to feed at night or is colicky and fretful. It is possible to get a little doze throughout the day if you lie down to feed the baby.

Preparing homemade baby food

I've always liked the idea of preparing homemade baby food. After I had my first child, I worked from home and was able to cook baby food once he started weaning. Once I got a routine going, preparing homemade baby food is not actually too much of a hassle.  Most babies don't need solids until the age of six months.
