I agree. When I turned 60 and noticed I was slowing down a little mentally, I began many of the things you advise. I started doing crossword puzzles, walking more, I even took up yoga. One other thing I tried was supplements. I'd always believed they were a waste of money, but I'm convinced now -- I really notice a difference. I really like Jean Carper's products. I use the anti-aging powerpack which combines her Multi Nutrient Formula GOLD, Omega-T Fish Oil and High Antioxidant Green Tea Extract into one package. I'd be interested in your experience / opinion on supplements or that of your readers.
