speaking of strength training, I recently heard of a program that claims you only have to work out 10-20 minutes a week to get and stay in shape. Specifically, a facility in Atlanta, GA called mPower. They claim no cardio is necessary. Do you know if this is true or if it is just a good sales pitch?
