My husband and i have been married 7 years. We already had one son together then a couple years ago my husband had an affair and the other girl wounded up getting pregnant. K, so now my husband has to pay child support which is not really the problem. The problem is that he pays so much. We now have another son together and we are barily making it. We constatly go negative in bank just to be able to buy food. The other girl on the other hand is doing real well she bought a brand new home, she three new cars one of which is a new hummer and she owns her own bussiness that brings in more than enough income. Not to mention she has had several different boyfriends even while she was pregnant with my husbands child. She has three other kids by different dads and no doubt collecting support from them. she is in one state and my husband and I are in another which is making even harder to resolve this issue. Now I have no say in the matter because that boy is not mine but I am his wife way before she came in the picture. What about the kids he has with me? Do they not derserve to be taken care of? I hate that here we are literaly broke having to go negative to buy at least $30 of food to eat for two weeks. Having no money to buy my kids presents on Christmas and seeing the only gift they get be from red cross then seeing that she is able to buy a new house, a car for her boyfriend and brand new bikes for each of her kids among other gifts on Christmas! How can this be right, I love my husband very much, I have known him since I was 5 and I know that while he was with her he was going through something- he was not himeself which is why I took him back and make our marraige work. How can the government, laws be so for him to pay so much child support at the cost of his other kids lively hood. What can I do? Something needs to be done she is clearly in it for the money - she is refusing to sign an agreement on lowering the payments! Help me!!!! |
