Getting My Mind Right: My Doctor Said I Have Lost Enough Weight

08 Mar 2007 10:54 AM

No, I never was that heavy. Typically I went from 230-240 to what I weigh now, so before it was 40-50 pounds each time. And this time I lost 80 pounds, when the doctor saw what I look like at 190, he said that I should quit. When he said to lose 100, he was thinking about what the weight charts say I should weigh. I am one of those people that the weight charts don't make sense for. Hope that makes sense. Thanks, Crickett.

Probably damage from the womb, kids have a higher incidence of problems like this who were exposed. We have a comprehensive check up once a year, echo cardiogram and all that. He will not be able to play organized sports that involve contact, wrestling, football, etc. And valve will have to be replaced at about 15 years old.
