Now I am trying to be supportive of my dh in his new quest to lose weight. He has taken up raquetball, and smaller portions. I am going to beging eliminating certain foods in our home, in order to help him. I wish I could play raquetball alongside him...but with the kids, and no sitter...well, it's just not going to happen. But that's great that you and your dh can do it together! Yes, it can be an inconvinence at times, especially when traveling with small children! But it's all in place for a reason, and since 9/11...I feel better knowing that they are taking extra measures in the airports and such. |
