We waited 3 months to see the developmental specialist pediatrician. I was prepared, I had my copies, I went in with dd and had the 2.5 hour consultation.

Hello. Let me say that I see a red flag here. I worked a summer with young girls and I had a girl befriend me as a mother figure and she showed the same signs as your foster son.

Can diapers cause a rash?

A bit of a late reply, but I have one possible suggestion for generics. My 2yr old is allergic to everything (EVERYTHING). The only disposable that is cheaper and works great is Target brand.
