Weight

March was a madness for me. I had lost 8 pounds but I gained it all back. And it didn't take long at all. I would post all of this on my myspace page but I know someone would say some really bad things about me and its none of her business. I hope April will be better. I started eating grapefurit for breakfast. Its to help target unwanted belly fat.

January

The Month of January: For this month I have already lost a total of 7 pounds. I started the first Monday of this month. I did not exercise the first two weeks. But week 3 I exercised on my glider for 30 minutes a day. I worked out on M-T-Th. I wanted to work out every day but other things came up. This week I plan on working out all week except for Sundays. I am trying to drink water.

New Start (again)

Ok.  Its a new year and I hope a new me. I did try this once before but I totally failed at it. But I am working very hard this time around. I don't have the money to do WW. But I have the things I need to do it on my own.  In a way I guess I should say that I am not alone because my husband is needing to lose weight also.  So together we are on this.

I am very sorry for you loss. I too also lost a baby very early on. No I never delivered or held it in my arms but I saw its heart beating and saw that life living in me.

New Marriage in Trouble

I want to know why did his first marriage end in divorce? Did she leave him because of the way he was treating her? My husbands wife was the same way. It ended up that she was gay.

Women Health Troubles

No. Back in November it was a week late. Then I finally had my monthly then one week after that I bled again for 2 days and it has been this way ever since.

Women Health Troubles

I am almost 35 and for the past 3 months I have had bleeding one week after I have had my monthly. Does anyone know why this happens? It usually only lasts for 1 to 2 days and then its gone.

Does anyone know what the cricut is?

I got one for Christmas. The cartridges I have do mostly letters. But you can make tags of different styles and of different sizes. You can do the same with the letters.

Crafts for 3 yr olds?

you could make liquid chalk. Its cheap and fun. All you need is water, corn starch, food coloring and some spray bottles. It don't take much starch.

I agree with Pattie on the cavity issue. We went to the dentist not long ago and my son has problems with his teeth but not my daughter.

no lights for Christmas!

I understand how you feel. Last year in Oklahoma we had a really bad ice storm and we didn't have power for a week. It was fun the first few days but after that I was ready for some power.

Fruitful Holiday Tree

I love it. It would look wonderful on the table for Christmas dinner. Good to look at and good to eat to. I may try this.
