Weight

March was a madness for me. I had lost 8 pounds but I gained it all back. And it didn't take long at all. I would post all of this on my myspace page but I know someone would say some really bad things about me and its none of her business. I hope April will be better. I started eating grapefurit for breakfast. Its to help target unwanted belly fat.

January

The Month of January: For this month I have already lost a total of 7 pounds. I started the first Monday of this month. I did not exercise the first two weeks. But week 3 I exercised on my glider for 30 minutes a day. I worked out on M-T-Th. I wanted to work out every day but other things came up. This week I plan on working out all week except for Sundays. I am trying to drink water.

New Start (again)

Ok.  Its a new year and I hope a new me. I did try this once before but I totally failed at it. But I am working very hard this time around. I don't have the money to do WW. But I have the things I need to do it on my own.  In a way I guess I should say that I am not alone because my husband is needing to lose weight also.  So together we are on this.

Week 6 and other things

Okay.  This is week 6.  Am I excited?  Am I pumped?  Not really.  Only because last week I didn't have the proper food to eat and I didn't keep track of my weight.  That was really stupid on my part.  I should of kept track.  I guess I didn't want to see how bad it was going to be.  Now I wish I looked Sunday morning.

Week 5

Well....... Its week 5 and not doing so well.  Thursday we got paid and I had to go and get groceries.  Well I didn't have a lot of money to buy with because of a short check and having to pay a bill that I wasn't expecting to get.  Well I only spent $109 dollars.  Usually I spend $150.  I thought I did good.

Weight Loss Week 4

Ok it is week 4.  Well it isn't good.  I gained a pound.  Its not the end of the world or a really major crisis, but it did hurt a little.  A lot of it started Thursday night.  My husband said lets eat out so we did.  Then we had a death in the family and we had to go and visit family.  I didn't eat like everyone else did.  I was a good girl.

Weight Loss

Its another Monday morning and weigh in day.  Last week I was at 220 pounds and today I am at 215.5.  From last week I lost 4.5 pounds.  So far I have lost a total of 6.5 pounds.  WOW and congrats to me!!!  Last week on Sunday night I had ate dinner really late.  It was about 9 o'clock at night.  Well last night I didn't eat.

Weight Loss

Today was weigh in day.  I wasn't real happy with the results but I shouldn't complain.  I only lost 2 pounds.  Yesterdday when I weighed I had lost 3.5 pounds.  Well doctors say to lose only 2 pounds a week. Ok. I started out at 222 pounds and today I am at 220 pounds.  I only need to lose 38 more pounds to get to my goal of 180 by my birthday.

Weight Loss

Ok... Today is Tuesday August 27, 2008.  This is the second day of my weightloss journey.  Can I do it?????  Well I really want to.  Monday I weighed on the scale. I weigh 220.5.  Although that is not the most I have ever weighed (the most being 230) its still not a healthy thing.  I am wearing a size 20 right now.

Learning day by day

I am learning day by day.  This year I have two kids to homeschool.  This is my son's second year and my daughter's first year.  So far it has been very interesting.  First off we started in July.  It was the very last week of July to be exact.  I told people that and you would of thought I did a major crime.
