27 Jan 2009 08:45 AM JanuaryThe Month of January: For this month I have already lost a total of 7 pounds. I started the first Monday of this month. I did not exercise the first two weeks. But week 3 I exercised on my glider for 30 minutes a day. I worked out on M-T-Th. I wanted to work out every day but other things came up. This week I plan on working out all week except for Sundays. I am trying to drink water. This is my log book for this month. I hope I can lose another 6 pounds for next month. My goal is to reach 150 pouonds. I started at 224.
