What a money saver! I love the fact that I can blend in whole wheat or other whole grain flours instead of using just white flour.

BTW Those garlic/cheese biscuits rock! I've started using Olive Oil instead of the butter to brush the tops. You still get the same flavor effect, but the biscuits stay moist and the olive oil is great for your heart.
